About Me
Get to know me a little better

Hi, I’m Rebecca Studholme, a professional photographer based in the beautiful county of Lancashire. I moved back here in 2016 after spending several memorable years in Canada — an experience that taught me to appreciate the beauty in everyday life and inspired me to capture it through my lens.
My photography journey started in 2018, a few years after I bought my first camera in 2015. What began as a hobby quickly became a passion — and eventually, a career I absolutely adore. I now shoot with both a Canon R6 and a Rebel T5, and wherever I go, my cameras are never far behind!
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family and creating our own memories. After leaving school, I trained in care work, but I could never get photography out of my mind. I started my journey by doing photoshoots for friends and family — mainly newborns and young children. Then, after being asked to photograph a wedding, I instantly fell in love with wedding photography.
Since then, my photography journey has continued to grow and evolve. I’ve been incredibly fortunate to become the official photographer for both the Morecambe Music Festival and Millhead FC, opportunities that have allowed me to expand my experience beyond portraits and weddings and into the exciting world of live events and community photography.
I’m a huge believer in natural photography, capturing real emotion, genuine connection, and the love that binds people together. Each click of the shutter is an opportunity to freeze a special moment in time — one that tells a story and becomes a memory to treasure forever.
Photography isn’t just my job; it’s my passion and my purpose. It’s about telling stories, preserving memories, and celebrating life’s most beautiful moments — big and small. Whether it’s the joy of a wedding day, the tenderness of a newborn session, or the energy of a live event, I feel truly honoured to be part of each person’s story.

"How wonderful to be who I am, made out of earth and water, my own thoughts, my own fingerprints — all that glorious, temporary stuff."
